No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and it does not load any content (fonts, scripts, embeds) from third parties.

Server log files

When you visit this website, the web server automatically records technical data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system (user agent). This is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable, for example to detect abuse. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after 14 days, unless a longer retention is required to investigate a specific security incident.

The website runs on a virtual server rented from a hosting provider, which processes this data on my behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

Contact by email

If you contact me, I process the data you provide (such as your name, email address and the content of your message) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). My email is hosted by Proton AG, Switzerland, a country with an adequacy decision from the European Commission. I delete correspondence once it is no longer needed, unless it must be kept longer because it forms part of accounting records (generally seven years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act, Bokföringslagen).

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, just email me. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Sweden this is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, www.imy.se.
